A few weeks ago Xamarin released Xamarin.Forms 2.0, a milestone in the development of this framework. We decided to take the opportunity to release a corresponding edition of the Xamarin.Forms Kickstarter 2.0. We carefully revised all chapters, recompiled and tested all code examples against Xamarin.Forms 2.0, iOS 9.2 (unified API) and Android 6 (API level 23). And we added five new example apps and one whole new chapter about list views. All new content is also available on http://www.xforms-kickstarter.com.
Luckily, most text and source code was still completely valid and didn't have to be modified. This is a pleasant indicator that this guide is rather stable and will probably remain applicable with future versions of Xamarin.Forms.
